Why Fourfold?
Hi, I’m Jackie. I grew up surrounded by design, creativity, and the constant reinvention of what "home" could be. One of four daughters to an architect and interior designer team, we lived what you might call a developer lifestyle—buying homes, transforming them, living in them for a few years, then moving on to the next project.
Moving so often as a child gave me a deep instinct for seeing the potential in any space. I’m always looking for ways to unlock the potential in a home through thoughtful, well-placed design decisions.
I earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University, and for over 15 years I worked in large-scale architectural practices in London, including KPF and AHMM, delivering complex projects at a city scale. But alongside that, I always made time for smaller, more personal design work—renovations for myself, friends, and family.
Starting Fourfold Design was a natural step. It brings together the professional experience of big projects with the joy and creativity of helping real people make better homes—one thoughtful change at a time.
I am a Licensed architect with the New York State Education Department Office of Professions, and member of AIA UK. And I have completed the Bartlett School of Architecture Part III Lecture Series. I am well versed in the UK planning system and building regulations.
